All orders are placed and processed exclusively through our HitPay-hosted store at shop.momsfoodlab.com. Mom's Food Lab does not directly collect or process payment card information.
Payments are handled by HitPay, a payment service provider licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We accept PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via HitPay's secure checkout.
By placing an order you confirm that:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
We deliver islandwide within Singapore. Delivery timelines and fees are displayed on the HitPay shop at the time of checkout and are subject to change.
Tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp or email once your parcel has been collected by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
We do not currently ship internationally. For corporate or bulk orders requiring special delivery arrangements, please contact us directly.
Because our products are perishable food items, we are generally unable to accept returns for change of mind.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email, with a photo of the issue. We will resolve all legitimate claims promptly.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider's timeline.
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from traces of allergens not listed in the main ingredients.
Full ingredient and allergen information is displayed on each product's packaging. If you have a severe allergy or medical dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering and we will advise accordingly.
